CulinaryWoman herself is Micheline (Micki) Maynard, the former New York Times correspondent whose work now appears there as well as in Forbes, Gadling and The Atlantic Cities. Maynard has studied with Patricia Wells in Paris, at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, and taken dozens of cooking classes.
